The Salvation Army - Relief for Japan

This morning as I was catching up on my blogroll, I came across a post by Janelle from Isabella & Max Rooms. Her husband found an awesome way to donate money to help the people of Japan during this time of unimaginable crisis.

These amazing shirts are being sold as "preorder" for just $20.

SALVARMY

They are designed by Joshua Smith, and "the Japanese Kanji on the shirt translates to 'Save World Army'"!

100% of the proceeds go to The Salvation Army Relief for Japan - verified by Janelle!
In her words:
"but I wanted to know exactly what amount of the $20 was designated as "proceeds". After writing a quick email we heard back right away. Thanks to the support of a donor, who is covering the production costs, the entire $20 goes to support Salvation Army's relief efforts in Japan."

You can preorder your shirt by clicking HERE.

I ordered one for JC this morning!!!

Love that all the money is going directly to the relief. I'll have to pop over and check it out ~ thanks.

I just posted about a family in my school that is visiting their family in Japan. We haven't heard from them and are very concerned.
