Saturday morning before the recital, Emma let me try on her tap dance costume and take a few photos of her outside.
As you can see, this was pre hair and make-up.
She then decided to show me a few of her "moves"...
Emma's tap dance was performed to the song, "Rockin' Robin" during Act Two of her recital.
Emma liked separating herself from the rest of the troupe and "making it up as she went"!
Again, these little dancers were so entertaining. The audience had quite a few good-natured laughs from watching this age group!

I have two favs from recital... the pic with her hands on her hips all by herself looking to the side like, "What?"
and then the one where she is doing her own thing on the end there... OMG, so oooo funny!! She kinda looks like she's in Lord of the Dance! hahaha LOVE IT!!
I think little Miss Thang is going to keep on "Tweet Tweeting" for the rest of forever! She's somethin' else!
