Weekend Recap

Adoption Update First
Our paperwork was officially registered in St. Petersburg today by our agency representatives in Russia. We still have two additional forms to resubmit, but we are awaiting those to be forwarded from St. Petes as well.
Weekend Recap
On Friday we drove to Wilmington for a weekend birthday celebration! H turned SEVEN years old this year, and we had a Star Wars party Saturday night. Enjoy the following photos - warning: there are a lot!!!

Love the Star Wars theme! I wonder if Todd ever told you guys about catching me kissing the pages of his Star Wars books when I was about nine -years-old. I had such a crush on Luke Skywalker (that's right, not Harrison Ford). Oh the embarrassment!

Congrats on the adoption news and my Jake would be in heaven. He loves Star Wars and who didn't have a crush on Harrison Ford?! :)

Oh my heart rejoices with you for being a step closer to your sweet Emma! I wish you could bring home an extra little girl with you for us!

My daughter said, let's get our baby sister today mommy.

Doesn't that sound good?

Continued prayers are with you and your adoption!

On a side note... did you have someone design your blog? I love it!

I do not get the whole love affair with Star Wars. Maybe it's because there were two girls in my family and we weren't exposed to it. Dwight loves anything Star Wars to this day and my nephew requested a light saber for Christmas so that's what we bought him. Looks like the kids had fun though.
