Paperwork Update

This was our Dossier in July 2008. dossier

A lot of our paperwork has to be redone or updated in order for us to get a court date set in St. Petersburg. So far we have been able to renew the following.

1. Jonathan's employment letter
2. Bank letter stating accounts and balances
3. Copies of each of our passports with notarized affadavits
4. Proof of Residence letter from Register of Deed's Office
5. Criminal Records Check for both of us
6. Pediatrician's letters for both boys
7. Copy of Pediatrician's license with attached notarized affadavit

We also sent an apostilled copy of our I-171H from Homeland Security and an Assets and Liabilities document in March. We are waiting to hear if these are "recent enough" to be accepted.

JC and I both have our physicals tomorrow. There are a few more documents that we are waiting on as well, but all are coming from a third party. We are really hoping that all but our physician's letters will be complete by the end of the week.

I hope so too but you have so much done already. Hopefully the documents from March will be recent enough.
