It is in the perfect location...it is walking distance to friends since it is adjacent to one of our favorite neighborhoods, but it is also very private.
About 90 percent of the lot is cleared, and it will be graded to make it as flat as possible. There is a natural tree barrier on three sides though.
We are meeting with the builder next week to go over the plans. Fingers crossed that we can proceed after the meeting!

So exciting! The fact that it almost cleared is a HUGE money saver. That means more money for the fun stuff!
